From the start Kim listened and understood my needs and wants when looking for a home. You hear horror stories of how bad home buying is, but Kim made the entire process very smooth. I was moving from Ohio to Louisiana, and was not able to see the home in person prior to closing day. Kim worked with me in order to do a live video walkthrough. She negotiated an amazing deal with the seller for me, found an amazing home, and even informed me that it smelled like cigarette smoke. Not realizing how bad it was, I went forward with the purchase. When I arrived in person to see the house, Kim offered to pay for professional cleaning that the seller failed to do. At the last minute, the seller unexpectedly got cold feet and ceased all communication, even not showing up for closing. lol remained professional the entire time, understood that I was very anxious, and talked me through the whole process! Finally the seller showed up, and I was able to close! I WILL use Kim again in the future!

My experience selling my home with Deborah Anderson was great! Even in a tough market she got the job done and was so helpful with everything and all my questions from listing to closing. I would recommend Deborah to anyone want to sell or buy their next home.

She is the epitome of what a real estate agent should be- honest, caring, candid, empathetic, professional, and knows the market as well as or better than other top agents. I had already re-located when Lisa began assisting me, and she went above and beyond, including running my faucets when the temperature was below freezing, and recommending and coordinating both cleaners and a lawn care company. One of my favorite qualities of Lisa is her candor. Keeping in mind that my house had been previously listed with minimal activity and no offers, as well as my desire to sell ASAP, Lisa reviewed comps for not just my geographic area but also the region in general and exhibited a masterful understanding of market conditions to arrive at an asking price that would attract potential buyers. She is the best. Period.

She is an ultimate professional and someone who puts her clients interests first. She is trustworthy and very accommodating. I would definitely use her again.

We loved working with Grace Robideaux as our agent on the sale of our property in Starks, LA. We had worked with her in 2019 when selling another family place next door to this one. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and respectful with her clients.
